1. Free learning resources
Many Chatsifieds.com resources are free. Free resources do not usually involve refunds because no payment is made.
2. Paid partner or advertising services
If we offer paid partner cards, sponsored learning phrases, advertising placements, digital listings or related services, the details should be set out in the relevant order, invoice, email or partner agreement.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees may apply to goods and services supplied in trade or commerce. Those guarantees cannot be taken away by website terms.
4. Change of mind
Unless required by law or agreed in writing, we may not provide a refund for change of mind after a paid digital service, sponsored placement or partner work has commenced.
5. If there is a problem
If you believe a paid service was not supplied with due care and skill, was not as described, or has a major problem, contact us promptly with details. We will assess the issue and respond in line with Australian Consumer Law and the agreed service terms.
6. Partner cancellation
Cancellation terms for partner campaigns or sponsored phrases should be included in the relevant quote, invoice or partner agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted partner agreement will usually apply, subject to law.
