Smoking is a leading global cause of sickness, disability, and death from cancer, cardiovascular disease, and chronic lung disease. Tobacco is the now world’s leading agent of death, responsible for 5 million deaths annually.

Smoking is a social negative phenomenon. the most common causes of death today that are killing people all over the world.

Many people started this horrible habit because of stress personal issues, they are depressed, lonely or bored smoking to reduce the stress.
I guess the main cause of smoking is “psychological ” it starts at a young age and they become victims of smoke.

Plus some people just began showing off or some people wanted to enjoy it, But they don’t know if someone smokes a cigarette they are not only hurting themselves but others around them.

In addition, has a negative impact especially pregnant women who are exposed to cigarettes smoke will have an increased risk of having an abnormal baby.

Finally, I know that smoking is a habit which individuals find difficult to quit but you should know that as a slow death and waste your money for nothing just try to avoid it with optimism thinking, and another useful habits.
